What you will be doing:

  • As an Application Modernisation Architect, you will provide leadership to our clients by driving the discovery of business needs and requirements including system as well as project design to deliver success for the engagement. This role involves Technical Sales to pursue new customer opportunities and to ensure engineering resources are well-equipped to deliver successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of technical envisioning, scope and execution of effective application modernization solutions on Azure
  • Present solutions to clients tailored to their unique business problems and opportunities and then follow through in executing these solutions
  • Cross-functional background with infrastructure, applications knowledge
  • Extensive experience with diverse application workloads and a strong understanding of infrastructure, operations, data residency, and dependency management
  • Solid understanding of service delivery models on Azure – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless, cloud-native, etc.
  • You will design and develop cloud-native, secure, and distributed applications founded on cloud architecture best practices including but not limited to: microservices, REST, API Gateways, relational and NoSQL backends, messaging design patterns
  • Proficiency in SDLC and software delivery best practices namely: artifact and release management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, etc.
  • Passion for helping clients succeed along their cloud adoption journey is paramount

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional technology architecture experience
  • 3+ years of developing software and delivering solutions in a consulting environment
  • Experience with DevOps automation capabilities for CI, CD, metrics, monitoring, logging and configuration management
  • Experience and capability to conceive and present solutions to clients tailored to their unique business problems and opportunities and then follow through in executing these solutions

What you will be doing:

As a full-time Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will be essentially responsible for the overall technical delivery of our projects. If you have serious experience with architecting and driving cloud solutions, we would love to talk to you about leading and shaping the Azure adoption strategy for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Ownership and Execution: You will be accountable for the technical delivery of solutions to our clients. You will plan and implement their entire infrastructure & application portfolio to Azure. This includes assessing their ability to move & deploy the appropriate infrastructure, performance testing, and documenting operational changes.
  • Team Leadership: Leveraging DevOps best practices and leading project teams to successfully deliver on task and on budget
  • Account Education: You will lead our clients to explore how they can take advantage of the complete Azure platform including IaaS, PaaS, and other technologies.
  • Assessments & Engagement: You will lead hands-on workshops with our clients who are just beginning the journey into the cloud. You’ll help them understand the basics of the platform, do initial planning on how to migrate their applications and deploy initial hybrid workloads (configuring VPNs, setting up operating portals, deploying IaaS VMs, and leveraging PaaS). The final step is moving and testing an actual production workload.
  • Vision and Architecture: You must be able to impart to our clients how advanced cloud architectures using both IaaS and PaaS will enhance their agility and ability to rapidly deliver solutions to their organization.

Preferred Experience:

  • 4+ years of technical delivery and ownership of infrastructure solutions
  • 4+ years with virtualization, storage and networking architecture
  • Demonstrated experience in broad architectural skills, and driving customer adoption
  • Experience moving workloads from on-premise to IaaS (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Networking fundamentals, including hybrid cloud technologies, preferred
  • Ability to design the architectures for integrating core infrastructure technologies in support of enterprise applications
  • Strong Active Directory skills, including Group Policy Administration, Replication and Deployment experience
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile project management strongly preferred

What you will be doing:

  • As a full-time Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, your objective would be to use Microsoft Azure to migrate, build, and run enterprise applications in the cloud. Our clients are looking for our expertise to help them migrate their applications to hybrid and public Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS). Azure experience is great, but not required. We’ll train you in the fundamentals, but a passion for helping clients succeed in the cloud is required.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for working directly with our clients to execute their entire application portfolio migration to Azure. This includes assessing their ability to move, deploying the appropriate infrastructure, performance testing and documenting operational changes.
  • You will produce and manage client-facing documentation.
  • Execute Azure deployments based on customer requirements & best practices
  • Execute against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate sound customer service and etiquette in responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure Systems engineering (Linux OR Windows)
  • Good understanding of cloud networking, infrastructure management concepts and tools including: VPN, Firewalls, VMWare, Hyper-V, System Center and Storage
  • Experience scripting in PowerShell, Python or other languages

What you will be doing:

As a full-time support engineer, your objective will be to provide first contact resolution of Help Desk calls that relate to desktop and system support and assist customers remotely with the ability to triage and remedy issues on a first call resolution. This role includes coordination with Tier 2 field operations team and management personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Conducts initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution for support incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
  • Troubleshoot basic LAN switching technologies, infrastructure services, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Manage and administer user identity and cloud applications focused on Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Support Microsoft Server and Cloud-based solutions.
  • Execute against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate sound customer service and telephone etiquette in responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a Windows/Mac environment.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft server and cloud (Azure and Office 365) technologies.
  • Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people.
  • Candidates must also have logical problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task (take calls, send emails, perform remote sessions with clients, etc.)

What you will be doing:

As a full-time Modern Application developer, you will design, build, test, and maintain applications and solutions that are optimized for the productivity and collaboration needs of organisations using the Microsoft 365 platform. This position gives the applicant the ability to work from any location. We have platforms and tools in place to help remote workers be a part of our cohesive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of technical envisioning, scope and execution of effective modern application solutions on Microsoft 365 with a passion for helping clients succeed along their cloud adoption journey.
  • Design and develop applications based on Power Platform, including but not limited to Power Apps, Power BI Dashboards, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Develop and administer SharePoint Online including workflows, branding, integration with M365 components and client-side development and maintenance.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional technology architecture experience
  • 2+ years of developing software and delivering solutions in a consulting environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft identity and Microsoft Graph. UI elements (including Adaptive Cards and UI Fabric), Integration Points (including Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, SharePoint Framework, Actionable Messages), and determining workload platform targets.
  • Experience and capability to conceive and present solutions to clients tailored to their unique business problems and opportunities and then follow through in executing these solutions
